Rick came out to service our furnace recently and through his thorough diagnostics was able to have our heat blowing out at regular consistency (we were having issues with it starting and stopping - outside of changing the filter). Todd and Art made a gre a team. Went the extra mile or miles to get us a new furnace and water heater. Stuck around long enough to make sure everything worked properly. Job well done and super friendly and fun guys.Great attention to detail. Obvious pride in their work. Would go nowhere else for maintenance or installation.

We had an emergency furnace repair and North Winds was very helpful. Peter and Todd came out extremely promptly and replaced our old furnace with a brand new, energy efficient one. They were both very friendly and helpful, as well as professional and thorough in their work. Nate was also great as the sales representative who talked us through our options. “I have nothing but extreme gratitude and thanks for Northwinds Heating and Cooling, and to Gavin, Willis and Chaase. These gentlemen may have very well saved my family's life. My furnace had been acting up lately and I had been getting awful migraines for the last 2 weeks, and my husband had been getting them for a few days and my son was feeling off. Gavin came after hours for an emergency appointment because our furnace was not putting out any heat, and informed us that our furnace was reading 500ppm of carbon monoxide, and anything over 100ppm is unsafe. The furnace was old and needed replacing and we are expecting single digit temps in a couple of days. The Northwinds crew had a brand new furnace installed the very next day, 100% complete, all in less than 24 hours. I cannot thank you all enough for expediting this serious matter and not only getting us heat during extremely cold temps in record time, but more importantly removing a potentially fatal situation for us. Had this not been done we may not be here. You have customers for life. THANK YOU!”
