“We needed to replace our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. Todd, Peter, and Art arrived on time on the scheduled date, and were polite, friendly (knew our names), and respectful. They installed drop clothes from the entry door, down the stairs, across the basement, and into the mechanical room, and wore booties the whole time. They went right to work, and completed the job in just over 1.5 days (while the estimate had quoted three days). They removed the old system components from the house each day, and cleaned up. When the work was done, they took us downstairs and spent quite a bit of time showing us how to use the various features. We could not have been more pleased, and highly recommend Northwinds!!”
