I recently purchased and had a Trane furnace installed by North Winds Heating and Cooling, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

I originally called them for a second opinion after another heating and cooling company diagnosed my furnace, and I am very glad I did. Nate, the salesman who came out initially, was friendly, knowledgeable, and came across as genuinely honest, taking the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.

On installation day, Lon and Will did an outstanding job. They were polite, professional, worked faster than promised, and left the workspace cleaner than they found it. The pricing from North Winds was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.

Based on this experience, I will absolutely use North Winds Heating and Cooling in the future.

Rick came out to service our furnace recently and through his thorough diagnostics was able to have our heat blowing out at regular consistency (we were having issues with it starting and stopping - outside of changing the filter). We had an emergency furnace repair and North Winds was very helpful. Peter and Todd came out extremely promptly and replaced our old furnace with a brand new, energy efficient one. They were both very friendly and helpful, as well as professional and thorough in their work. Nate was also great as the sales representative who talked us through our options.
