“Russ came out to do an estimate on a ductless ac system and was very informative that my house type would not be suitable for that type of system. He was very attentive and friendly when it came to shifting the focus away from that system and over to a gas furnace and ac (both were over 3 decades old and were on their last legs). He did a fantastic job in guiding us on what would be best!
Now for the installation and the hard work you all did! I had Willis, Lon and Tyler helping install and all three gentleman were very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to the install. “Lon and Todd did such a good job they wore booties when they came into my house so they weren't tracking mud and I did not have to babysit them or anything they were quiet they put it in it only took like maybe 5hours to remove and replace my whole AC unit and they help me set up the Wi-Fi thermostat and it was a great experience”
