Lon and Pete did an excellent job of replacing my 17-year-old HVAC system with a new one. They were friendly, professional, thorough, and explained everything to me as they went along. I’ve been a Northwinds customer for a long time, and the quality of their technicians is a major reason why. Office staff is great, too.

I recently purchased and had a Trane furnace installed by North Winds Heating and Cooling, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

I originally called them for a second opinion after another heating and cooling company diagnosed my furnace, and I am very glad I did. Nate, the salesman who came out initially, was friendly, knowledgeable, and came across as genuinely honest, taking the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.

On installation day, Lon and Will did an outstanding job. They were polite, professional, worked faster than promised, and left the workspace cleaner than they found it. The pricing from North Winds was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.

Based on this experience, I will absolutely use North Winds Heating and Cooling in the future.
