“I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and service provided by North Winds. The project involved replacing the air conditioner, furnace, and water heater. Our positive experience began with the initial consultation with Russ. Russ carefully assessed the situation and offered detailed information about the products and services Northwind offers. His communication was excellent—he responded to my questions promptly and clearly.
The installation was handled by Todd and Peter, who spent two and a half days completing the job. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the process. You can tell how experienced they are as they determined what were the best approaches, sometimes involving changing existing duck work and getting additional parts from company. I especially appreciated Todd and Peter’s thoughtful approach to optimizing the connection to the chimney because of the changed furnace exhaust flow compared to the original unit. They chose a better configuration than the original setup. During testing, they were mindful of potential debris left in the pipe that could clog the screened faucet heads—small details like this truly reflect their commitment to work quality and customer care.

“We have had an amazing experience with North Winds. From start to finish. Russ was very knowledgeable when he came out to explain everything and break down the pricing. He was honest and kept his word every step of the way. Lon was our installer and he blew it out of the park. Lon went the extra mile to make sure that our thermostat worked properly and we would be able to control our humidifier from it as well. After he left I had some concerns and he came right back to check everything back out and there was nothing for me to worry about. Lon reassured me the whole time by answering all my questions and helping me understand everything that was going on.
