Tyler J. was professional, friendly and very accommodating. After he had finished, I realized I had forgotten to tell him to do one more thing. He happily got all of his tools back out and went back in and did the additional task with a smile on his face! Thank you, Tyler!

My furnace was extremely slow to ignite, which was the original reason to call for service, because I wasn’t comfortable waiting long enough, not knowing it needed just a while longer. Still, part of the service included checking for gas leaks, for which I was very thankful when one near the electrical panel was found. I had work done perhaps three years ago and had no idea I had a leak. Eric did awesome, including a Union joint where there had been none in a tight corner. In finishing his evaluation of the furnace, Eric made a simple adjustment to the fan and had me check the vents, besides cleaning a little bit and checking to be sure that it stayed running. What Eric did not do is try to sell me a new furnace: I appreciate Eric’s integrity, and he definitely appeared to have an aptitude for the work.

Professional and tidy. Have used for many years---new system, maintenance, repairs. Stand behind their work. Technicians have always been thorough and communicate well. Business is conducted in a professional manner. I am pleased they are still a local company, not succumbing to private equity

Technician Eric and his assistant were thoroughly professional, knowledgable, and efficient. Eric called ahead about twenty minutes before he arrived, and answered all my questions. Overall I am very satisfied.

Cody and another technician (sorry I cannot remember his name) came to my home yesterday to evaluate my 29-year-old furnace. They spent about 1 1/2 hours cleaning and evaluating the furnace, and they fixed an issue that caused it to shut down after several minutes of operation. They changed my high-efficiency furnace filter and the evaporator pad on the humidifier. They were polite, extremely knowledgeable, and cleaned up after they finished. They explained that my furnace is older and won't last forever, but I didn't feel pressured to buy a new one. Great company and great service. Highly recommended.
