North Winds always does a very thorough job with the maintenance of our furnace and AC. Our technician was Rick, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had about dehumidifiers. I’m sorry he had to be the bearer of bad news with the hefty increase in the yearly maintenance plans that we have participated in for years. Overall I was very pleased with the service Rick provided.

Peter and Todd was wonderful. They kept me updated at what they was doing and then they had to come back the next day and the finished it all. They were very polite. I couldn’t have asked for 2 better workers than them. They was excellent.

The sales staff was very informative and professional. They provided a nice, detailed breakdown of the quote and provided multiple options.

The installers were just as professional and very friendly. The quality of their work was amazing. Everything was installed, tucked in nice and tight, very clean overall.
