“This review is for the installation of a Fujitsu air conditioning and heating unit for two bedrooms. Earlier we had North Winds install one of these to cool the living room and another bedroom. We have enjoyed it so much we decided to have this second one installed.
Lon and the team who did the installation we excellent in all respects. They arrived on time, courteous and professional, technically savvy in dealing with some of the architectural challenges posed by our historic house, including putting a nicely crafted board over a hole in the soffit and painting it to blend in.
They worked collaboratively, cheerfully and efficiently, finishing in two days a job estimated to take three days. When they finished they took time to go over the details on how to control the units.
We could not have been happier with the service and recommend Norrh Winds highly.”

“We needed to replace our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. Todd, Peter, and Art arrived on time on the scheduled date, and were polite, friendly (knew our names), and respectful. They installed drop clothes from the entry door, down the stairs, across the basement, and into the mechanical room, and wore booties the whole time. They went right to work, and completed the job in just over 1.5 days (while the estimate had quoted three days). They removed the old system components from the house each day, and cleaned up. When the work was done, they took us downstairs and spent quite a bit of time showing us how to use the various features. We could not have been more pleased, and highly recommend Northwinds!!”
