Personable staff making sure we understood how everything worked and also an excellent clean-up job. Helped us make sure our gas fireplace pilots were again lit as they had to be off during the furnace replacement, We would highly recommend both Todd and Willis and North Winds to our friends and relatives. Update: 9/3/25
Allan did our pre-season furnace check today. He was very friendly and professional. Not only did he take care of the maintenance but helped us renew our maintenance agreement. He also had great answers to my questions about adding a whole house humidification system. We continue to be very happy with the people and service from North Winds.

Update: 4/16/25
Justin came today for a maintenance check on our A/C unit as we enter the cooling season. While there were no problems encountered, we had him install surge protectors on both the furnace and A/C unit because of the severe storms we've been seeing more often. Justin did a great job and he is very friendly and professional. North Winds is lucky to have such a great young man representing them with clients.

Justin came today for a maintenance review of both our heating and cooling units. He did a great job and made sure I understood what he found and what should be done in the future. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I continue to be impressed with North Winds.

A technician, Jon, came today for a maintenance check on our furnace. This is part of the free service you get with an extended warranty. Jon was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a few questions which he answered for me and let me know that they will come back for an A/C check when the weather warms up. I highly recommend North Winds.

North Winds installed a furnace and air conditioning system shortly after we moved into our current home, about 20 years ago. When we moved in, the home only had a air to air heat exchanger heat pump system with electric backup. This might have worked at one time but not when we moved in. We had several companies provide bids on changing us over to a conventional heating and cooling system but we settled on North Winds. What won us over was their professionalism, greater analysis of our needs and better product and service warranties. They were not the cheapest bid we received but, for something this important, we were more interested in quality and reputation. We've had our system checked for spring and fall season start up almost every year and been very pleased with the low cost and high quality service.

In late summer of 2015, our aid conditioner stopped working, well over its 15 year expected life span, especially with our heavy use. North Winds came out immediately, determined a replacement to be better for us in the long run than a fix and had the new unit up and running in 4 days!!

We couldn't be happier with the folks at North Winds and I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for high quality products and high quality service.
