My heater wasn't working properly, it was past 10pm, our temperatures have been below zero and I called North Winds, and as busy as they are in the winter season, Kevin was able to get to my house within an hour, and got my heater going. He also ran a diagnostic to let me know about other issues I have with it so I can get that taken care of as well. I am so thankful for North Winds and also told my neighbor about them who is new to the neighborhood and will recommend North Winds to them.
