North Winds always does a very thorough job with the maintenance of our furnace and AC. Our technician was Rick, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had about dehumidifiers. I’m sorry he had to be the bearer of bad news with the hefty increase in the yearly maintenance plans that we have participated in for years. Overall I was very pleased with the service Rick provided.

“Rick arrived during the appropriate timeframe. He was very professional and polite. We were having issues with our gas fireplace staying lit. He was able to fix it fairly quickly by performing a maintenance service. He took extra care to keep everything clean by wearing shoe booties and using a tarp during the service. He even took the time to replace the fake embers & add some new ones we had on hand. The fireplace is working great and looks brand new!”
