North Winds always does a very thorough job with the maintenance of our furnace and AC. Our technician was Rick, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had about dehumidifiers. Iโ€™m sorry he had to be the bearer of bad news with the hefty increase in the yearly maintenance plans that we have participated in for years. Overall I was very pleased with the service Rick provided.

Peter and Todd was wonderful. They kept me updated at what they was doing and then they had to come back the next day and the finished it all. They were very polite. I couldnโ€™t have asked for 2 better workers than them. They was excellent.

My furnace had been acting up lately and I had been getting awful migraines for the last 2 weeks, and my husband had been getting them for a few days and my son was feeling off.
