North Winds Heating & Cooling is the best company I have ever used. They are small, locally owned and have the most amazing staff; from everyone in the office to all of their technicians. They know what they're talking about, they will not try to upsell you on anything, and they are all just genuinely great human beings (and their pricing is very reasonable too :)). As a single female, it's always a bit nerve racking to have a contractor in my home, and I know for a fact that I am safe/have no concerns about anyone from this company being in my home. They're always super professional and take the time to answer all of my questions/teach me about whatever is being worked on. I greatly appreciate this as I like knowing about how things in my home work so I can make the right choice on the fix/replacement. To date they have serviced, repaired, and (once repairs no longer made sense) replaced my AC, furnace, and hot water heater over the past several years.

They always go above and beyond to make sure that my needs are taken care of and that I fully understand and am comfortable with what is needed/being done. I can't say enough how much I appreciate this company and their staff. They have a customer for life! I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

North Winds is a first rate company. Very responsive and professional with outstanding communication and followup. Chase and Allen were great, very knowledgeable and found our problem quickly. Disappointed our 5 year old system's failed control board left us without heat for 3 days. Thankful for North Winds great support.

The man sent to work on my furnace was kind, efficient as well as professional. I just can't say enough good things about this man. He got right to work, fixed my problem and got my furnace up and running. I am grateful how quickly he worked and restored my heat. It was frigid temps and outside work was needed as well as inside. He never once complained or made me feel like I made the wrong decision to call this wonderful business. Thank you for being a company I can count on.
