I recently purchased and had a Trane furnace installed by North Winds Heating and Cooling, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

I originally called them for a second opinion after another heating and cooling company diagnosed my furnace, and I am very glad I did. Nate, the salesman who came out initially, was friendly, knowledgeable, and came across as genuinely honest, taking the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.

On installation day, Lon and Will did an outstanding job. They were polite, professional, worked faster than promised, and left the workspace cleaner than they found it. The pricing from North Winds was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.

Based on this experience, I will absolutely use North Winds Heating and Cooling in the future.

Their team provided friendly and professional service throughout the entire process, from the initial phone call and ordering through the seamless delivery and installation. We were particularly impressed with our installers, Todd and Allen, who were not only courteous but also demonstrated exemplary workmanship. I recently had to contact them about an issue with my furnace. Their technician Chase was friendly and professional. He found the issue, explained what was wrong, and resolved it quickly. 5 stars!

Todd and Art made a gre a team. Went the extra mile or miles to get us a new furnace and water heater. Stuck around long enough to make sure everything worked properly. Job well done and super friendly and fun guys.Great attention to detail. Obvious pride in their work. Would go nowhere else for maintenance or installation.

We had an emergency furnace repair and North Winds was very helpful. Peter and Todd came out extremely promptly and replaced our old furnace with a brand new, energy efficient one. They were both very friendly and helpful, as well as professional and thorough in their work. Nate was also great as the sales representative who talked us through our options. Super nice and great at explaining everything

North Winds Heating & Cooling saved us from freezing another day! I was really happy with response time, Mike was super nice and great at explaining everything to me and letting me know about future issues I should look out for. I’ll definitely be using them for my HVAC.

Great company & great people!

Prompt responses from each person connected to North Winds.The work was done quickly to install a new boiler system into my home. Even though their schedule was full they worked my job into their schedule because it was cold and I needed heat. The workmanship is beautiful. The technician explained and showed me the three shut-offs: the electrical switch and the two shut-off valves on the water and gas. He explained the warranties and the maintenance needs for the future. Great company & great people!

Great service, price and product

North Winds recently installed furnace and A/C unit at our house. I can’t say enough about what a great job they did. From the sales rep. Nate, to the installers, Lon and Todd. They all did a great job on the installation and some follow up work.
