North Winds is a first rate company. Very responsive and professional with outstanding communication and followup. Chase and Allen were great, very knowledgeable and found our problem quickly. Disappointed our 5 year old system's failed control board left us without heat for 3 days. Thankful for North Winds great support.

My hot water heater died on a Friday morning. I called North Winds for an estimate and they were able to update an estimate from 4-5 years ago. There was only a few hundred dollar difference. I did call other providers and their estimates were easily $800-$1000 more than North Winds’ quote.

I was quickly scheduled for that Monday morning. They arrived on time and replaced all that needed to be addressed. The service providers were nice and worked; there wasn’t any wasting of time.

Time and time again North Winds proves to be the best option for me.

Great company & great people!

Prompt responses from each person connected to North Winds.The work was done quickly to install a new boiler system into my home. Even though their schedule was full they worked my job into their schedule because it was cold and I needed heat. The workmanship is beautiful. The technician explained and showed me the three shut-offs: the electrical switch and the two shut-off valves on the water and gas. He explained the warranties and the maintenance needs for the future. Great company & great people!

The two installers were very nice and they did a very good job installing our new furnace and hot water heater. We were very pleased with their work. They were done when they said they would be. They were also very neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Good communication prior to appointment and on time. Chris was knowledgeable and professional. We need new equipment and within minutes, we’ve scheduled a sales associate to visit. All good. Highly recommend them.

Great service, price and product

North Winds recently installed furnace and A/C unit at our house. I can’t say enough about what a great job they did. From the sales rep. Nate, to the installers, Lon and Todd. They all did a great job on the installation and some follow up work.
