“Russ came out to do an estimate on a ductless ac system and was very informative that my house type would not be suitable for that type of system. He was very attentive and friendly when it came to shifting the focus away from that system and over to a gas furnace and ac (both were over 3 decades old and were on their last legs). He did a fantastic job in guiding us on what would be best!
Now for the installation and the hard work you all did! I had Willis, Lon and Tyler helping install and all three gentleman were very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to the install. They made sure the process would go smoothly and explained what they were doing in detail. A fabulous, hardworking crew and I’m happy I chose northwinds for this service! Thank you!!”
